At Natural Jewels, we carefully inspect and pack every order. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Eligible for Return / Refund

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Please share clear photos and an unboxing video for verification

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Used or worn products

  • Detached stones or pearls found inside the packet
    (These may come loose during transit. Replacement stones can be sent with your next order if required.)

  • Minor metal filling over stones due to handcrafted finishing

  • Layer tangling in layered pearl jewelry (easily fixable by the customer)

  • Bent earring stems (designed to be flexible for different piercing angles)

  • Colour variation of 5–10% due to screen or device differences

  • Damage caused while wearing or trying the product after delivery

  • Product not received before your occasion date

Refund / Replacement Process

    Provide the unboxing video and details of the issue.

  3. Verification
    Once verified by our team, confirmation will be sent via email.

  4. Return the Item
    If approved, send the damaged item to the address below:

  5. Return Shipping
    Natural Jewels does not provide return pickup services.
    Customers must ship the product to the above address.

  6. Refund / Replacement
    After verification, you will receive either:

    • A refund (product cost only, excluding shipping charges), or

    • A replacement product

  7. Processing Time
    Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  8. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges are non-refundable

Final decisions regarding refunds or replacements are solely at the discretion of Natural Jewels.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted
